Lime in the Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients: 3 c water 1/4 c dried coconut (use 1/2 c-2/3 c fresh young coconut) juice from 7 key limes (aprox 1/3 c. juice) 1-2 scoops protein powder stevia sweetened 1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract pinch salt optional ingredients: ice 1/2 banana (makes more creamy and even more yummmmm!) spices: ginger or cardamom (mmm) blend everything in the vitamix for 30-45 seconds and enjoy
