R2 Planned Interruption Day 2 of No HCG

TY DOOTER555 :) Darcie! The Before/After pics at the end is my MOTHER!! She’s done so well, first day of P3 is tomorrow! Also, I just checked my body fat % at 8:30PM, and it’s at an all time low 32.8%!! Added in eggs, and almonds (some of you POP police say NO NO, but it’s okay..CHILLAX) Protein Pancakes: Protien Powder Pancakes 1 egg or Egg Beater Equivalent 1 scoop of protein powder 3 oz of cream cheese Any flavored syrup (I used SF french vanilla) Use coconut oil to fry Protein Shakes 1 scoop of whey protein powder 1/2 C of Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/2 C of 0% Fage (greek yogurt) 1/2 C of water (depending on consistency) Stevia to taste Ice Cubes PROTEIN MUG BREAD: 1 Scoop of whey protein powder 2 T of milled flax seed 1 t of coconut oil 1/2 t baking powder 1 Egg (or egg beaters) 1 T Unsweetened Almond Milk Salt to taste (just a dash) Melt Coconut oil in mug for 15 seconds FIRST, then add all ingredients, stir and microwave for TWO minutes :)

    @MemesHCG Thank you for that Meme!! I needed the egg tip. I love P3, it’s an amazing time, and a great time to? look for foods that are healthy and beneficial to our lifestyle. My big thing right now is researching Chia seeds and the benefits of coconut!

    I know what you mean about eggs, I have been craving them and I don’t really like them I ate 2 hard boil the other day. I am so ready? for nuts and protein! P3 for me in a few days. I hope you stabilize well sweetie! I’ve got to get some of that coconut milk. I can tell you how to make the perfect boiled egg, put cold eggs in cold water, turn heat on high, when the water starts to boil take off burner and cover and let sit, in 15 minutes you will have the perfect egg! :D <3
